What's New in Years 4-10?

1. Material and Product Assembly: Combine different parts of a car (front and back) to create a finished product.
2. Bank Loans & Interest: Borrow money from the bank and pay 10% interest per year.
3. Factory Management: Produce up to 2 products per year with the option for overtime under certain conditions.
4. Tax Calculation: Pay taxes based on your profit. The more you earn, the more you owe!
   • Profit up to 3 million: no taxes.
   • Profit 4-6 million: 1 million in taxes.
   • Profit 7-9 million: 2 million in taxes.
   • Profit 10-12 million: 3 million in taxes.
   • Profit 13-15 million: 4 million in taxes.
5. Year-End Report: Prepare your financial statements, calculate net profit, and check if your assets balance with your liabilities.

How to Play:

Each year follows these 10 steps:

1. Draw an investment card.
2. Purchase materials.
3. Produce products in your factory.
4. Sell products to customers.
5. Pay interest on your loans (10%).
6. Calculate profit and loss.
7. Pay taxes.
8. Balance your assets and liabilities.
9. Prepare for the next year.
10. Start the next business year with a new investment.

Winning the Game:

The player with the highest profit after several years is declared the winner! However, financial success isn’t guaranteed. You must carefully balance your company’s resources to stay afloat and outcompete others.

What Happens If You Run Out of Money?

If you can’t pay for materials or other costs, you can take a special 10-million loan from the bank. But beware: loans come with interest, and failure to manage debt can spell disaster for your company!

Troubleshooting:

If at any point your balance sheet doesn’t add up, retrace your steps. Did you miss paying a bill or fail to count an asset? Accuracy is key to running a successful business.
